Katherine beamed as she arrived at the highbrow event in her eye grabbing dress – designed by Milly.

She had her hair was tied back in a tight ponytail and she completed her look with a strappy pair of heels – and no bra.

Enjoying a delightful night, Katherine shared a group photo of herself with a number of hair and make-up experts on Instagram.

“What is the collective noun for a group of superstar hair and make up artists?! Lovely to support @sammcknight1 this evening and to bump into so many friends! #GlamSquad,” she wrote alongside the image.

Katherine looked in high spirits and far from the controversy she found herself embroiled in earlier this year.

In February, she was forced to hit back after she came under attack from David Beckham, who blasted her achievements in a string of alleged leaked personal emails – with the sportsman branding her a “f**king joke” for being awarded an OBE.

Representatives of the classical singer issued a fierce response highlighting her extensive music and charity work.

Becks, 41, had seemingly lashed out at the classical star in leaked emails, dubbed Beckileaks, after he missed out on a knighthood.

But Welsh star Katherine defended her right to the award in the 2014 New Year Honours.

Her manager, Professor Jonathan Shalit, told The Sun: “Beckham says, ‘Katherine Jenkins OBE for what? Singing at the rugby and going to see the troops plus taking coke. F***ing joke’.

“I say Katherine was awarded an OBE  for her services to music and charity.

“With regards to the taking of coke which Katherine has courageously publicly admitted with great honesty — this was when she was in her early 20s still studying, over a decade before she was awarded her OBE and started her recording career.”
