LOUISE REDKNAPP hasn’t just been living at her mum’s house in secret.
I can also reveal the former ETERNAL singer has sold her make-up brand on the quiet after it racked up £1.7million worth of losses.
Her company, called Wild About Beauty, was sold for just £75,000 after being placed in liquidation while those owed money were paid.
Losing her company is a further blow to Louise after I revealed her marriage to JAMIE is on the rocks following her appearance on Strictly Come Dancing which led to her spending more time away from her marital home.
A source said: “Louise had bright hopes for the brand when she launched it in 2010.
“But it simply hasn’t worked out so she and her four co-owners decided to sell up.
“It’s a shame as she was very passionate about making it a success and put a lot of time into it.”
Louise, business partner Kim Jacob and three other shareholders were forced to sell £300,000 of stock for just £100,000 in order to recuperate money owed.
They also offloaded patents, trademarks and domain names to online beauty company MyShowcase.
The brand still operates under its original name and is still evident on Louise’s website but it is now run by a new company called Wild About Beauty Trading Limited which is owned by MyShowcase.
Details of the sale have emerged in documents just lodged with Companies House.
The liquidator’s report from April this year said: “A sales support and transfer agreement was entered into with Wild About Beauty Trading Limited and MyShowcase Limited as guarantor.
“The agreement required payment of £75,000.
“Within three days of receipt of the sum, the stock and intellectual property of the company was transferred to Wild About Beauty Trading Limited.”
Louise is about to embark on a touring show of musical Cabaret opposite fellow ex-Strictly star WILL YOUNG, which means she will be away from her family between September and December this year.
At least now she won’t have any business meetings to interrupt rehearsals.

Katy didn’t grope me, insists Shawn
SHAWN MENDES is the teenage Canadian singer who rose to fame posting snippets of songs on video-sharing app Vine.
That earned him a deal with Atlantic Records who have turned him into a global superstar and an international heart-throb – catching the eye of KATY PERRY.
And now in Episode Six on my Bizarre Life podcast, the singer talks about the moment the Firework singer appeared to grope him on the red carpet causing an internet storm.
Revealing what really went on at the iHeartRadio awards in March, Shawn said of the alleged grope: “I don’t think it’s actually true. That’s what I was told. But actually then I saw her later that night and she told me it wasn’t true.
“So I’m sorry for all of those rumours, Katy. Extremely disappointing.”
Despite his songs being about relationships, Shawn admits, incredibly he’s yet to have a serious romance.
He said: “I don’t think so. I can’t wait because I really have some songs to write about.”
The singer, whose mum is British and who has relatives in Bournemouth, has plenty already in his locker as he’s currently working on his third album, the follow-up to the amazing Illuminate.
A reissued version of Illuminate features new single There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back.
He says being on the road has helped inspire his latest lyrics – despite some artists believing touring while writing is a hindrance.
He said: “The tour is a very inspirational place. Whether or not you’re finishing songs you’re coming up with ideas every single day.”
Shawn played a concert at Manchester Arena just three weeks before the atrocities at ARIANA GRANDE’s gig last month.
Reflecting on that terrible night, he admits performing so close to the date of the attack, in which 22 people died, will be almost impossible to get over.
He said: “I had a tough time with it and even to this day it kind of affects me.”
He won’t be alone.
Shaun tells us the oddest…
…story about him: “THERE’S this thing called fan fiction. If you don’t know what it is, don’t Google it. It can be quite gnarly. So I’ve read some quite gnarly fan fiction about myself.”
…party he’s been to: “THERE’S this thing called fan fiction. If you don’t know what it is, don’t Google it. It can be quite gnarly. So I’ve read some quite gnarly fan fiction about myself.”
…advice he’s had: “TAYLOR told me to never be afraid to get on stage in front of people who want to be there. Because they want to have fun and they’re not there to judge you.”
…gift he’s received: “I WAS walking to the gym and a fan gave me a present. Inside it was a soap bar and the soap had dead flies in it. I’m not kidding, right? Dead flies inside of a soap bar . . . ”
Twain on track
FINALLY ending her 15-year absence, SHANIA TWAIN is back with new music.
The best-selling female country star ever dropped new single Life’s About to Get Good yesterday, with upcoming album Now set for September 29.
It’s her first album since 2002’s Up! but Shania hasn’t aged a day since 1997’s That Don’t Impress Me Much, as my new pic, above, shows.
The Canadian, who has sold 85million records, is coming back after battling dysphonia, a condition that causes loss of voice.
She’ll take to the stage for Radio 2’s Festival In A Day at Hyde Park in London on September 10.
I can’t wait.
Lily’s having a ball
THE Los Angeles premiere of LILY JAMES’s new film turned into an episode of Strictly Come Dancing.
The Brit actress and her Baby Driver co-stars ANSEL ELGORT, EDGAR WRIGHT, JON HAMM, EIZA GONZALEZ and JAMIE FOXX turned the red carpet into a dance floor as they busted out some impromptu moves while promoting their thriller flick.
It even looked as though RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS bassist FLEA, who appears in the film, was trying to impersonate BRUCE FORSYTH – striking the pose made famous by the TV legend on The Generation Game.
The rocker was greeted with rapturous applause from his co-stars.
I don’t think you would catch Brucie donning that leopard print hairdo, though.
ROYAL BLOOD’s BEN THATCHER rocked out so hard he broke his drums at their secret album launch party in London on Wednesday.
Packing just as much punch, the lads’ second album How Did We Get So Dark is out today.
Liam’s tweet and sour
LIAM GALLAGHER has confirmed his angry late-night tweets are sparked by alcohol.
The former OASIS frontman has major form for Twitter rants, especially about brother NOEL – and even me.
Liam, who has flopped in the charts with his debut solo single, told Absolute Radio: “Twitter is the best thing because obviously I have a love-hate relationship with the press and that.
“I like putting a few wrongs right. It’s all fun. I don’t wish anyone harm. But yeah I do tweet and drink.”
Liam is also loathe to put pressure on son LENNON at GCSE time.
He said: “There’s a lot of stress on the kids so it’s like, ‘This is a little part of your life, don’t live by it’.
“Let them use calculators.”
I bet he would.
JAMIROQUAI fans must be going nearly insane.
After waiting seven years for the funk band to make a comeback, they now face another six-month wait as JAY KAY yesterday had to cancel two huge London shows.
The group were due to perform at the O2 on June 23 and 24, but the dates have been pushed back as the frontman recovers from back surgery.
He wrote on Facebook: “I have never felt so frustrated. It breaks my heart to have to keep moving these performances.
“I am distraught at this and am feeling very low.”
I hope he feels better soon.
